- Check-In is at 12:00 PM and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
- Please inform us if our Check-In/Check-Out times are incompatible with your vacation schedule. Room allocations can be arranged with prior notice, subject to availability, and may be billed directly by us (Jubilee Hospitality Pvt ltd).
- The cancellation or alteration of reservations is permitted. However, prior information is required at least one week prior to Check-In. Please also refer to our reservation, cancellation, and modifying policies.
- Please bring with you a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not a valid Identification Card.
- If you have booked with us using a credit or debit card, the cardholder must be among the travelers.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate behavior, or if it appears that the reservation contains or resulted from an error or mistake.
- The breakfast hours are now 8:30 am to 10:30 am, and all requests will impose a service.
