Online Reservations and Third-Party Websites

Please be aware that different terms, conditions, and cancellation policies may apply to online reservations made through Booking Agents and affiliate websites. Before making a reservation online, please carefully review the provided pricing information.

Payment Agreements and Credit Card Transactions

Except in the case of pay now rates, guests will be required to pay in full using a credit card or debit card during online check-in or upon arrival.

Unless otherwise agreed with Management, Jubilee Hospitality Pvt ltd does not accept checks.

Credit and debit card transactions will be charged at the local currency exchange rate, and Jubilee Park is not liable for any additional fees that may be incurred.

As a security precaution, customers who have booked through a third-party agent and paid in full may be required to pre-authorize their credit or debit card and present a valid form of identification upon arrival.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations must be made online or via email per the cancellation policy outlined in the booking confirmation email. Email confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you.
  2. Guests who prepay a fully flexible rate can cancel online (in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy) and will be refunded to the credit or debit card used to make the reservation, according to the policy of the issuing bank. This typically takes between 3 and 10 business days, though some banks may take longer.
  3. “Non-refundable” rates do not allow for cancellations.
  4. A customer is considered a “No Show” if they fail to arrive or cancel within the cancellation policy time frame. If they have booked the fully flexible rate, only the first night of their stay will be charged. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate, they will be charged the full amount, which is non-refundable.
  5. The Customer agrees that the above cancellation fees are a fair and reasonable estimation of the loss that the Operator would incur as a result of a booking cancellation.

We strongly suggest that all Clients purchase appropriate travel and personal insurance coverage.

Modifications to Lodging by Jubilee Park

Jubilee Park has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that bookings made pursuant to this Agreement can be honoured; however, we reserve the right to relocate any booking to nearby accommodations of comparable size and quality. The Customer acknowledges that Jubilee Park is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by or caused to the Customer as a result of the relocation.

In extraordinary circumstances, the Operator may need to cancel your reservation. If this occurs, the Operator will refund any monies paid by the Customer as full and final settlement of any liability the Operator may have to the Customer as a result of the cancellation.

The Operator shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, or expenses incurred if your booking must be changed or cancelled due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, or adverse weather.

Changes to reservation requested by the Customer

Jubilee Park (Jubilee Hospitality Pvt ltd) cannot guarantee that it will be able to change a Customer’s booking (e.g., change the dates of stay or the requested accommodation) and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or additional expense that may be incurred as a result.

Non-refundable Rates do not permit changes, but Standard Rate reservations may be modified based on availability if requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If the cost of accommodations on the new nights differs from the previous booking, additional fees may apply. All requests for modifications must be submitted in writing.
