Refund & Cancellation Policies

RESERVATION

  • Please make telephone or online reservations in advance to ensure room availability.
  • Advance Cash Payment or Deposit/Online Payment is required to secure a confirmed reservation. Please review the cancellation policy prior to obtaining the reservation confirmation.
  • Online rates are not guaranteed until a confirmation receipt is generated. The nature of the rates is generally dynamic. Once a rate is selected and a transaction is completed, no other rate, whether higher or lower, is applicable, and no refunds are permitted.
  • Included in the estimated cost of the stay are the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and estimated fees.
  • The actual taxes and fees in effect at the time of your stay will apply, which may differ from the estimates, and you are responsible for any additional costs resulting from such changes in taxes, fees, etc.
  • Estimated currency conversions are provided for informational purposes only. The hotel’s local currency will be charged for the bill upon departure.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation if it appears, at the hotel’s sole discretion, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or other inappropriate activity, or if the reservation was obtained fraudulently, with malicious intent, or in error.
  • Please present the hotel reservation confirmation receipt along with a valid photo ID or Passport, Photo PAN Card, Election Identity Card, Photo driver’s licence, or any photo ID card issued by the Central/State government, as well as a valid credit card for any incidental and/or extra charges upon check-in.
  • All promotion/sale fares are non-refundable and restrictive. Certain promotion/sale Rates prohibit any changes to a hotel reservation. Please check rate restrictions prior to booking. Under all promotions/sale rates, only a limited number of select Room types are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Jubilee Park Hotels (Jubilee Hospitality Pvt ltd) reserves the right to cancel or alter the promotion/sale at any time without prior notice.
  • All additional services and amenities not included in this offer will be available for a fee.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or loyalty programme benefit made available by Jubilee Park Hotel or a third party.
  • In the event that a pre-reserved room is unavailable at the time of arrival, the hotel will, at its discretion and without further liability, offer an alternative standard hotel or room type of a comparable standard.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary for special events, unless a confirmed reservation is made with a prepayment.
  • All rates are subject to applicable local taxes based on the room rate and services selected.

OCCUPANCY

  • Normal occupancy allows for a maximum of two guests per room. Additional person charges are based on the hotel’s current rate (if room size permits).

DEPOSIT/ ONLINE PAYMENT

  • To secure a confirmed reservation, a deposit or online payment must be made equal to the number of nights reserved for the entire stay.
  • We only accept Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard for deposits. For alternative payment options, please contact the hotel’s reservations department.
  • Corporate reservations must be guaranteed with a corporate credit card. For alternative payment methods, please contact Hotel Reservation.
  • Group reservations for four or more rooms require a cancellation notice to receive a deposit refund, per the cancellation and early checkout policy.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY CHECKOUT POLICY

  • If your plans change, you must notify Hotel Reservation in writing of the cancellation or modification in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Guidelines in this regard are as follows:
  • Requests to modify or cancel reservations made online will be handled automatically by the Internet Booking Engine. Refunds must be processed through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation policies. In the event of a re-booking, a rate difference may be charged based on the applicable rate for the re-booked date/room type and subject to availability.
  • Any additional charges or rate differences for a modified reservation can be paid for using the same payment method/credit card as the original reservation.
  • Please note that if a hotel’s reservations office or sales office modifies or cancels a booking made online, it cannot be modified or cancelled online again.
  • The refund of a reservation made by a Travel Agent will only be processed by the issuing Travel Agent; online refunds are not permitted.
  • In the event of cancellation of non-cancellable reservation(s), the client will not receive a refund of the reservation fee (s).
  • Certain room rates and types are subject to restrictions and lack perks. If you do not wish to select restricted rates and room types, you may book the available rooms on www.jubileepark.in without benefits or restrictions.
  • In the event of an early departure, you are responsible for paying for your entire confirmed reservation. If you are uncertain of the policy, please contact the hotel for clarification.
  • Please note that when multiple rooms are reserved, all rooms are counted as “reserved nights.” For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would be considered reserved nights; therefore, the applicable cancellation period for reserved nights is 72 hours.

REFUND POLICY

  • On cancellation of a refundable reservation, it will take between two and four weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The specified processing time is determined by the billing cycle of your credit card company and the bank’s processing time. The refund is contingent on a variety of variables, including the hotel’s cancellation policy, the time of cancellation, and processing fees, among others. Refer to the above-mentioned cancellation policy for further information.
  • In the event that your reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge your credit card and will immediately release any amount that was held. Now that this has been completed, it will take the bank two to four weeks to process the refund and post the credit to your credit card.

MODIFICATION

  • Any modification to the reservation is contingent on availability at the time the request is made.

CHILDREN AND NEWBORN

  • Child (up to 5 years old) can stay for free with their parents without requiring an extra bed.
  • Children between the ages of 5 and 12 will incur additional fees.
  • Children over the age of 12 will be considered young adults and will be subject to the standard reservation fees.

NON-ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL

  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation and you will be charged for the entire stay.
  • If you do not check in on the first date but still intend to stay at the hotel, please contact us immediately to reserve the room for the remaining nights. Otherwise, as stated above, the entire reservation will be automatically cancelled and there will be no refund available.

SHORTENED STAY (EARLY CHECK-OUT)

  • Regardless of whether you stay the entire period or not, you will be charged for the entire period if you stay for less than the entire duration. If you are aware of a change in your plans, please contact us as soon as possible to minimise the hotel’s cancellation fee.

SPECIAL REQUEST

  • Please be advised that the hotel neither guarantees nor is liable to honor any requests for plan changes or other special requests, which are subject to availability upon arrival.
  • Requests for airport pickup must be communicated to the hotel at the time of room reservation.

CONFIRMATION RECEIPT

  • Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation number and receipt are generated for your convenience, which you can print.
  • The confirmation receipt must be presented to the hotel upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation receipt may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation unless the hotel is able to trace and match the reservation in its system.

  • It is important to know that your personal information and credit card information are encrypted whenever you provide them. The most up-to-date security technology safeguards your credit card number, name, address, and phone number.
